(More customer reviews)Same problem as another reviewer - "incoming call" goes on the display randomly, and whenever we hang up after a call, and also whenever i hit the caller id button.

Other annoyances are the shape of the handset make it very slippery and easy to drop, plus no belt clip. the redial button is also the volume - button - how do i redial?the slim shape makes dialing awkward. these are going back to the store...
