(More customer reviews)This unit works very well for voice calls. Easy to install. I'm using it with a four phone cordless system.
I have only one issue and it may be a SKYPE issue. I am unable to use it with my fax machine to transmitt faxes. The machine responds with "poor line quality". There's an app for SKYPE to allow you to send faxes from your computer that I have not tried yet. That might determine if it's SKYPE or the adapter.
If you don't need fax capability, then this is a great way to drop POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service)
