(More customer reviews)I have no idea how this phone works because I didn't receive it on time.It was to be delivered between August 29th and September 1st.As of September 1st, no receipt.I then received an email stating that it should be shipped soon.No big deal except I moved my office September 1, 2010, and now don't have a phone system to install.Don't rely on Ritz!!
