(More customer reviews)I was actually looking for a DECT 2 line phone without an answering machine but it's not available, so I settled for two of these. I like this phone a lot, a logical interface, easy to program and has all the features I need. Reception is excellent and I was able to stay connected from my mail box across the street. Since it runs in a special bandwidth set aside by FCC for cordless phones, there is no interference from any of the electronics I have piled up around it. The handset is lightweight and compact, not much larger than a cell phone. I have had very good luck with Vtech products for many years.
