(More customer reviews)Purchased this, with some concern about quality, from vendor "Value Plus" and as soon as I plugged in my Brand New Apple Ipod Touch 3rd Gen into this charger--connected it to my PC USB port and...it lit up and produced that "apple ipod" beep, so I knew it was a good sign that I had not ripped off!!
This charger is tiny in size, but slightly heavy (which means "good" quality) and even though it DOES NOT come with a USB charging cable, it is far better than giving [...] $50+ dollars for a charger and a useless remote..still, the only thing I am now waiting on is separate Amazon purchase of a AC Wall Outlet Adapter that would allow you too charge Ipod Touch in an AC recepticle...instead of tying up a USB port on PC/Laptop!
Let's hope the AC Wall Charger Adapter will work "out-of-the-box"...like this unit did!
