(More customer reviews)I've used the boom headsets for about 3 years now. I've used two different types (1.) the one featured on this page (2) a variation of this one with a wrap around head band. First let me say when using these headsets most people never know I'm on my cell. The quality of incoming & outgoing audio is excellent. I made a conference call in downtown NY and didn't have the 1st complaint of outside noise. You want find better audio quality. Now, the major problem, the cord is weak. They use a thin gauge and doesn't hold up very well or least for someone that travel a lot. I've emailed and talked with the company about this and they were nice enough and listened.
Overall, i would still recommend it for anyone that has to make business call traveling. Just treated it with kit gloves.
