(More customer reviews)This unit is practically the only telephone switching system available to a consumer.It seems to have all the features for routing voice or fax callsI had this unit only a few days though and wasn't able to verify that it would do all I wanted.

Setup procedures are confusing, despite a detailed manual. My first call to Tech Support didn't help at all, but the follow-up was very good.They actually called me!
