an annoying echo and you cannot adjust the volume.There are settings on
the handset for volume - high or low.The volume is actually loud and
very loud.This phone got great reviews and that's why I purchased it.
I may have to look for another brand - because now I'm afraid all the NW
Bell products may be the same
